If you  are looking for something romantic to do on Valentine's Day, you could consider taking tour of a state-of-the-art sewage treatment plant.

The Newtown Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, which sits on one of the most disgusting waterways in the country, is opening their doors for any and all lovebirds who have an interest in sewage.

"It's a unique date, and one they'll never forget," plant superintendent Jim Pynn said. "Just imagine going home and saying, 'Where did he take me on Valentine's Day? I went to see the digester eggs in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.'"

On top of an afternoon of fun, each Valentine's Day visitor also gets a Hershey kiss.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... multiple prescription drug bottles were found in the Beverly Hills hotel room where Whitney Houston died ... but we're told there were NOT a lot of pills at the scene.

Among the prescriptions ... ibuprofen (painkiller), Xanax (anti-depressant), Midol (for menstrual cramps), amoxicillin (for treating bacterial infections) ... and more.

We're told the amoxicillin was prescribed recently because Whitney had been suffering from a sore throat.

We're told some of the prescriptions were old ... some issued in 2011 ... but some of the bottles were from 2012.  We're told the pill bottles that were recovered at the scene did not contain a lot of pills.

This time the teacher got a time out.

An elementary school teacher in Newfoundland, Canada has reportedly been put on paid leave as district officials investigate a claim she sprayed a student with an odor eliminator to mask his fishy-smelling lunch.

Patti Rideout told CBC News she was “very hurt and very angry” after learning the teacher of her 10-year-old son, Christian Roberts, had put him in the hallway then sprayed him with Febreze last week.

Other kids at Twillingate Island Elementary School had teased him over the fried capelin meal she’d made him, she said.

Plan a romantic dinner at home for two -- Cook his favorite foods and set the mood for a romantic evening in.

A US judge has ordered a man accused of scuffling with his wife to take her out for a date.

 Jospeh Bray, 47, was told to buy wife Sonja, 39, flowers and then take her out bowling and for a romantic meal, reports the Sun Sentinel. Judge John Hurley also ordered the couple, of Plantation, Florida, to visit a marriage guidance counselor.

 Bray was charged with domestic violence after he and his wife got embroiled in a spat after he failed to wish her a happy birthday.

 Mrs. Bray claimed that her husband shoved her against a sofa and grabbed her neck. But the judge handed down his ruling after deeming the offence "very, very minor".

 However, he said Bray would face jail if he did not follow his sentence to the letter.

Lady Gaga revealed the stage plan for her upcoming Born This Way Ball tour. The tour is scheduled to launch later this year and will run into 2013. Gaga has not yet announced dates for the tour. Gaga explained the design on Facebook.

Flo Rida is reportedly being sued by his ex administrative assistant -- who has claimed that she worked long hours and he paid her less than a high school babysitter. According to TMZ.com, the woman -- named Mahogany Millerhas claimed that she started the job back in August -- and when she confronted him over the long hours and low wages, she was fired less than 24 hours after raising the issue.

• She is suing for unspecified damages.

FLORIDA RESPONDS TO EX ASSISTANT'S CLAIMS

If NBC gets fined for M.I.A.'s surprise bird during Madonna's Super Bowl Halftime performance, the rapper may have to foot the bill. TMZ is reporting that M.I.A. signed a contract that specified that she'd be responsible for any fine related to her performance, not NBC or the NFL. While the NFL and NBC issued apologies shortly after the incident on Sunday, M.I.A. continues to remain mum about it, but a "source close" to her "who is not authorized to speak on the record" told Headline News what might have been going through her mind. "She was amped up and in performance mode. She was nervous and not thinking, and adrenaline took over. It wasn't meant as a gesture or a statement of any kind. It was an artist who had a mishap." The source added, "She feels horrible for putting Madonna in that position.

Full text of statement by the Paterno family on the death of Joe Paterno:

It is with great sadness that we announce that Joe Paterno passed away earlier today. His loss leaves a void in our lives that will never be filled.

He died as he lived. He fought hard until the end, stayed positive, thought only of others and constantly reminded everyone of how blessed his life had been. His ambitions were far reaching, but he never believed he had to leave this Happy Valley to achieve them. He was a man devoted to his family, his university, his players and his community.

He has been many things in his life — a soldier, scholar, mentor, coach, friend and father. To my mother he was and is her soul mate, and the last several weeks have shown the strength of their love. To his children and grandchildren he is a shining example of how to live a good, decent and honest life, a standard to which we aspire.

Many parents across the nation are helping their preteen children get on Facebook despite the company's requirement that users must be at least 13. These parents say Facebook, the world's biggest social networking site, is useful and so popular among their children that it's nearly impossible to stop them from joining. One mom who helped her 11-year-old son create a profile said, "I want him to embrace technology, and I think social media is very powerful." A study published in an academic journal in November found that 36% of all parents surveyed knew that their child joined Facebook before age 13 and that 68% of these parents helped their child create their account. A human rights group is investigating claims that workers in China -- as young as 16 -- are working in squalid conditions to manufacture merchandise for the K-Dash by Kardashian label, the Kris Jenner Kollection and ShoeDazzle, according to a Star Magazine investigation.

The institute for Global Labour and Human Rights confirms with TMZ ... they have launched an investigation, amidst claims the Kardashians' products are produced in factories wreaking of stench from sewage, with temperatures north of 100 degrees.  An official from the organization tells TMZ, conditions in the factories that manufacture Kardashian products are "horrific."

Billy Crystal just announced ... he's replacing Eddie Murphy as the host for next year's Oscars show.

The legendary Academy Awards host tweeted just minutes ago -- "Am doing the Oscars so the young woman in the pharmacy will stop asking my name when I pick up my prescriptions. Looking forward to the show."

As we previously reported, Murphy backed out from hosting the show yesterday -- after his friend Brett Ratner resigned from producing it ... following uproar over a homophobic slur Ratner dropped at a film screening.

This will be Crystal's 9th time hosting the Oscars. So far, no official word from either the Academy or Billy's reps.
