A US judge has given a video game company permission to sue Beyonce for $100 million (£62.2 million), according to reports.
The New York Post reports that Manhattan judge Charles Ramos has given software developer Gate Five the go-ahead to proceed with their lawsuit against the '4' superstar, after she allegedly pulled out of a deal to create a motion sensing computer game.

Jay-Z and Beyonce welcomed their first child into the world a couple of days ago, and Jay has already gone into the studio to record a song for her.
Her name is Blue Ivy Carter, and Jay-Z's new song, "Glory B.I.C." is a dedication and celebration to his new beginning. It's a beautiful song that actually has Blue's first tiny baby sounds sprinkled throughout it and has a memorable line from the proud father, "Baby I paint the sky blue/My greatest creation was you,"
With this song I feel Rap and Hip-Hop have gone in a new direction. Never has an artist made a song about his little girl within days of her being born, and never has a rapper made a song so passionate and sweet.
I think we are seeing a revolution of hip-hop in a very good way.
