Rihanna has scored the part of the villain in the new installment of The Fast And The Furious, according to tabloid reports today (April 30).
Fresh from her role in explosion-fest Battleship, the singer will take on the part of the arch-nemesis of Vin Diesel and Paul Walker in the sixth instalment of the monstrously successful franchise.

Rihanna has faced criticism after posting a picture of herself online with an unidentified white powder.
The picture, posted on photo-sharing site Instagram, appears to show her cutting up an substance on top of her on her bodyguard's shoulders. The image was taken at this weekend's Coachella Festival in California and has sparked outrage from Instagram users, with comments suggesting the powder could be an illegal substance.

Rihanna and Chris Brown are rumoured to have been approached by American Idol producers to appear on this season's show.
Following on from the controversial remix of the Barbadian singer's track 'Birthday Cake', which featured Brown, the former couple have reportedly been touted to perform on the US talent show.
